Refund Policy

SECTION 1.1 - REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your item has been misprinted, damaged, or defective, your claim must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. *See Section 1.2 for more details.

SECTION 1.2 - EXCHANGE

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product or size, you may be eligible for an exchange*. Your item must meet the following criteria for eligibility:
- The product must be in brand new and unused condition as received.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If criteria is not met, VEZE Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanges at its sole discretion.

SECTION 1.3 - SALE ITEMS & PROMO CODES

All items listed as on "Sale" or "Discounted" or have a discount/promo code are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Only regular priced items can be exchanged*.
* Exchanges are conditional based on the terms outlined in section 1.2
