Refund Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS
SECTION 1.1
VeZe Co. takes great pride in the products we provide. If your item has been misprinted, damaged, or defective, your claim must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. *See Section 1.2 for more details. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

If you haven’t received your parcel, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

VeZe Co. will only issue refunds for returned merchandise. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card that was used at the time of purchase.


EXCHANGE
SECTION 1.2
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product or size, you may be eligible for an exchange*.

Your item must meet the following criteria for eligibility:
- The product must be in brand new and unused condition as received.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If criteria is not met, VEZE Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanges at its sole discretion. If you have any additional questions or concerns that have not been outlined here, please send your inquiries to info@vezeco.com


SALE ITEMS & PROMO CODES
SECTION 1.3
All items listed as on "Sale" or "Discounted" or have a discount/promo code final sale and are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged. Only regular priced items can be exchanged*.
* Exchanges are conditional based on the terms outlined in section 1.2
