Q: How long do I have to wait before my order is shipped?
A: 3 - 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will get an email notification with your order tracking details.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically shipped within 8 - 10 business days. Please note that holidays may impact shipping and cause some slight delays.

Q: I haven't received my order.
